PG Degree in any Medical Subject preferably MHA/MBA/MD in Hospital Administration.
To look into the overall day to day affairs of the Hospital in order to ensure the efficient health care and other related tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Full time MBA / PG with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized and reputed university / Institution. Degree in Labour Law will be an added advantage.
10 Years in formulation and implementation of all aspects of HR/ IR Policies & Practices in a reputed organization / industry.
The candidate shall be responsible for formulating personnel policies, manpower planning, compliance of labour laws, conducting training and development programmes, office administration, liaisoning with advocates and other government organizations .
Remuneration Package will commensurate with qualification, experience, and relevant expertise which is negotiable.
