Nephrology unit offers Haemodialysis, chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).
Urology
Department of Urlogy at KHL is a full fledged dept with all high tech facilities.Apart from the routine Urology work we also have facilites of Endourology, Laparoscopic urology & renal transplantion.Endourology involves PCNL for kidney stones, URS for kidney stones, Endopyelotomy for UPJ obstruction, TURP etc. Laparoscopic urology includes lap nephrectomy, ureterolithotomy, cyst deroofing, orchiopexy etc. We have so far done 30 kidney transplants successfully.We are also routinely treating urological malignancies.We have the facilities of international standard. We are planning to have ESWL and Urodynamic facilities in the near future.
